Hello folks! I’m Edythe, and I’m a career counselor and Myers-Briggs Master practitioner. One of the most common questions I hear pertains to Myers-Briggs types changing in different environments, or in different times in one’s life.
Today’s question comes from Christine. She asks,
“Can I be one Myers-Briggs Type at home and another one at work?”
According to most personality type theories, your individual type is inborn and does not change. However, you can AND should develop traits and habits that differ or even directly contradict the description of your Myers-Briggs type.
