The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® has helped millions of people get a better sense of where they might fit in the world of work. Unfortunately, it’s still mistakenly used to predict job performance, even during interviews. No career assessment will give a full and accurate picture of specific careers or work environments that you should pursue, and it’s not a guarantee for choosing who to hire.
