Our latest podcast focuses on the ESFP type – with job tips, ideas and strategies from career counselor and Myers-Briggs® Master Practitioner Edythe Richards.
ESFPs are fun and fun-loving people.
ESFP stands for
- Extraverted (they are energized by the external world of people and things rather than the internal world of thoughts and reflections)
- Sensing (they perceive the world in a practical, tangible way, not an abstract way; are more focused on the here-and-now than the distant future)
- Feeling (they make decisions based on group consensus and harmony before logical analysis)
- and Perceiving (they prefer a flexible, spontaneous, and adaptable lifestyle over one that is structured and planned).
